How long does it take to return a translation?
Typical turnaround times for translations are as follows:

Up to 3,000 words: two business days.
3,000 to 5,000 words: three to four business days.
5,000 to 10,000 words: six to seven business days.
Over 10,000 words: please contact us for a turnaround estimate.

Before we start the work, we always agree on a deadline for delivering the translation.

My document is confidential - Is it safe in your hands?
We treat every document we receive as completely confidential. We are also happy to sign acceptable confidentiality agreements.

When and how do I pay?
We require our clients to pay 50% of our fee in advance. Our policy is to start work on a translation only after we have received the deposit. The rest of the quoted price is due upon receiving our translation. Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or check. Orders of less than $1000 require 100% upfront payment.
