Using phone interpreting involves relaying what is being asked and answered between two or more people on the phone. To book a session, just e-mail us your request, specifying the subject area, as well as the exact date, time and estimated duration of the call.
We will save this time frame for you so that you can conference us in with your LEP (Limited English Proficiency) party.
We adhere to strict rules of confidentiality, accuracy and completeness, impartiality, professional courtesy and high standards of conduct in connection with the phone interpreting services we perform.
Phone interpreting services are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm CST or by appointment.
